I am an enterprise agile coach assisting organizations on their transformation journeys. I am passionate about Agile because I believe in people. I believe in positive in people, and I believe that we all want to grow and excel in what we are doing. Since I first encountered Agile, I became deeply connected to agile values and principles (as stated in the manifesto for agile software development). For me, they are holding the key to understanding what Agile is all about. As an enterprise agile coach at TechTalk, I have a unique opportunity to support people, teams, and organizations on their learning journeys. I am helping them create their preferred future, the vision of what they want to make, and assisting them in exploring which actions lead to the desired outcome.
